Kuan Yin Teng
Chinese settlers built this temple in the 1800’s to honour the goddess Kuan Yin. The air is filled with sandalwood incense as devotee’s burn paper money and joss sticks and offer prayers for health, wealth, fertility and longevity.Elaborate Taoist temple dating to 1728 & dedicated to Guanyin, a bodhisattva & Goddess of Mercy.
